  • If you are representing a buyer that is interested in one of the properties available at our auction, please see the Broker Participation Requirements.
  • We must receive the Buyer/Broker registration form at or before any inspection of the property by the prospective bidder and, in any event, at least forty-eight (48) hours prior to the auction.
  • The broker must accompany the prospective bidder to inspection.
